External Publication: Evaluation of the "Secure Future" Employment Program for Young Adults with Learning Difficulties

The goal of the evaluation was to examine the implementation and outcomes of the program in order to improve it and facilitate decision-making about its assimilation in the future. The evaluation examined the characteristics of the participants and their compatibility with the target population; the program inputs; the organizational structure; the participants' satisfaction; and the outcomes of the program, particularly with regard to employment.
