A report on initial vocational education and training in Israel for youth (18 or younger), prepared by the Governance for Employability in the Mediterranean Project (GEMM), with expert input by MJB. GEMM is a collaboration sponsored by European Training Foundation, which focuses on improving the governance of vocational education and training systems in nine countries of the region.
MJB served as the national expert on Israel’s technical and vocational training system, providing GEMM with the detailed data analysis and policy research to support this report.
