Yaara Pur began working at MJB in 2019. She has taken part in studies on assistive technology for people with disabilities and participation in society of people with disabilities. She specializes in the fields of nationality, ethnicity, migration, intergenerational transmission, and environmental behavior. In recent years, she has gained extensive experience in building surveys and quantitative analysis.
Yaara has a combined bachelor’s degree in two areas: leadership and policy in education and sociology-anthropology. She also has a master’s in sociology, both from the University of Haifa.

Provision of Assistive Technology Devices to Promote Independence among People with Disabilities: International Review
The goal of the review is to learn of provision systems around the world in the field of access and provision of assistive technology for people with disabilities, and of the components of the provision process in order to help the Smart Homes Program formulate procedures for optimal implementation.
