Research Analyst, Aging Team, Family Group, the Myers-JDC-Brookdale Institute (MJB), Israel’s leading center for applied social research.

Shai Sadeh has worked at MJB since 2022. His main areas of research are: services provided by the Ministry of Welfare and Social Affairs and the local authorities as part of social isolation programs and budget decentralization processes.

Shai holds a BA in Business Administration and in Theater Studies from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Shai is currently working toward his MBA at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, specializing in organizational behavior and human resources and in operations research and management.

The objectives of the research were to examine the pattern of dental care utilization among the elderly over the first three years of the reform and to learn about the health plans’ preparation for providing dental services for senior citizens as part of the reform.
