COVID-19 Monographs

Along with other countries everywhere, over the past few months, Israel has been contending with the disease caused by the coronavirus, which has been declared a pandemic by the World Health Organization.

The Myers-JDC-Brookdale Institute, whose mission is to identify and examine key issues in society and which sees itself as a partner in shaping policy and improving services, has undertaken to help policymakers during this time.

On this page you will find documents describing welfare, educational and health policies for dealing with the coronavirus implemented in different countries around the world and the services provided to deal with the crisis.  In addition, you will find summaries of the findings from surveys we have conducted during this time that address behaviors, lifestyles and ways that the citizens of Israel have been coping with the crisis.
