How are the Social Service Inspection Organizations in Various Countries Operating during the COVID-19 Pandemic?

The COVID-19 pandemic presents challenges for social service inspection organizations. How much can and should be demanded of the social services in times of crisis? How can the quality and safety of services be ensured without overburdening them during this difficult time?

Hilla Dolev and Talia Hasin of the Quality in Social Services Group conducted a review of the websites of inspection services abroad, to examine the ways that other countries are dealing with the situation.

The MJB researchers mobilized to conduct a rapid response study for use in the field to help the social services in Israel to understand the situation and possible ways of coping with it.
