Research Analyst, Arab Population Team, Systems Group, the Myers-JDC-Brookdale Institute (MJB), Israel’s leading center for applied social research.

Maya Shanetzki has worked at MJB since 2023. Her main areas of research are: formulation of quality-of-life indicators and analysis of the 2022 population census data. In addition, Maya takes part in the evaluation study of the Takadum five-year plan for 2022-2026 for the reduction of gaps in the Arab population in Israel. In recent years, Maya was involved in academic research in psychology and education, and she has extensive experience in quantitative studies.

Maya holds a BA in Psychology and Education and an MA in Social Psychology, both from Tel Aviv University.
