    Investigative Interviews with Child Victims of Crime: Principles, Best Practices, and Challenges: An International Review

    This report presents an international review of the principles, best practices, and challenges involved in investigative interviews with child victims of crime, with the aim of informing efforts to strengthen the work of Israel’s Child Investigation Service.

    In Between: Preparing Foster Care Leavers in Israel for the Transition to Adulthood

    This study is the first to examine how “success” is defined for young adults who have grown up in foster care in Israel and to explore the foster care services' existing strategies to prepare them for their transition to adulthood.  It aims to deepen understanding of a topic that has received limited attention in Israel, specifically in the context of young people leaving foster care, and to support the development of a model for improving their preparation for adulthood.

    Optimal Aging in the Arab Population: Gaps, Needs, and Solutions

    The study aimed to examine aging in the Arab population and identify the disparities between Arab older adults and their peers in the general population. It focused on three domains: Characterizing and assessing aging in the Arab population according to the national indicators of optimal aging; Identifying issues perceived as important for optimal aging in Arab society; Identifying barriers to the use of existing services and defining the adaptations required

    The objective of the review was to examine the characteristics of place-based programs, identify desired outcomes, and review implementation challenges – while highlighting best practices that contribute to successful results.
