Nadav Penn has worked at MJB since 2018. His main research areas are health and housing. In recent years, he has been examining the First-Home Purchase Price (Mechir Lemishtaken) program and conducted rapid response studies on a range of subjects for the Budget Division of the Ministry of Finance.
Nadav has a bachelor’s degree in philosophy, economics and political science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a master’s in urban and regional planning from the Technion – Institute of Technology in Haifa.
